Autowerkstat firmly believes that a positive automotive repair experience begins with educating your client. We try to take each customer out to their car and point out the recommended service and explain how it works and why it is necessary. We employ digital photography to email photos of works in progress during the day so that our customers feel in touch with what is being done to their cars. We also believe strongly in valued added service. To us, this means when you come in for a simple oil and filter service, you don't have to ask us to top the underhood fluids or inspect the brakes, or do a quick safety check. When time permits, we always try to do a quick, concise safety check, top the coolant, and check the oil. After all, isn't that the way it should be?

 

Speaking of service, we also want to point out that at the time of write-up, we thoroughly note all the customer's complaints, and make it a point to cover these concerns when the car is picked up. We want you to drive away feeling good about your car and your repair experience.

 

 

Our warranty. Simply put, we guarantee all our parts and labor for 12,000 miles or 12 months whichever occurs first. Our maintenance supports your new car warranty and we can utilize your extended warranty as well. We only install factory or OEM quality parts, period. Please ask to see your old parts at the time of write-up and we will be happy to show you how they failed or why they needed replacement.

 

 

SERVICES WE PROVIDE- basically, we offer bumper to bumper work on your new or used vehicle. This entails brakes, engines, fuel injection, air conditioning, electrical, computer diagnostics, clutches, driveshafts, transmission rebuilding, and all phases of aftermarket accessory installation.
