CUSTOMER SERVICE.

At Autowerkstat we believe that a positive automotive repair experience begins with educating our customers. At the time of write-up, we like to take you out to your car and point out the recommended service, explain how it works, and why it is necessary. We thoroughly itemize all of your automotive concerns, and make it a point to cover these issues when the car is picked up.

We also believe strongly in valued added service. To us, this means when you come in for a simple oil and filter service, you don’t have to ask us to top the underhood fluids or inspect the brakes, or do a quick safety check. When time permits, we always try to do a quick, concise safety check, top the coolant, and check the oil. After all, isn’t that the way it should be?

We want you to drive away feeling good about your car and your repair experience.

OUR SERVICES.

Autowerkstat services Volkswagen and Audi from 1998, as well as BMW, Mini and Mercedes Benz vehicles from model year 2000 and up. We specialize in the VW and Audi line, but we also have the experience and tooling to repair BMW and Mercedes.

We have the Autologic multi function scan tool, the VAS 6150b, VagCom, and numerous other OE level tools to perform OE level coding,programming, diagnostics and fault finding.

We can repair most of the systems on your car, excluding paint and bodywork.

OUR WARRANTY.

Simply put, we guarantee all our parts and labor for 12,000 miles or 12 months, whichever occurs first.

Our maintenance supports your new car warranty and we can utilize your extended warranty as well. We only install factory or OEM quality parts, period. Please ask to see your old parts at the time of write-up and we will be happy to show you how they failed or why they needed replacement.

For various reasons, those which include our warranty, our business model, and liability, we do not install customer provided parts.
